These terms govern your use of the amplitud.ai website and, where applicable, early access to the Amplitud AI product (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
Amplitud AI Inc. builds AI-native clinic management software. The product is in active development. Website content describes planned functionality and may change.
Joining the waiting list creates no obligation on either side. Early access, where granted, is provided under a separate agreement with the clinic and may be modified, suspended, or ended as that agreement provides. Early-access features may change or be withdrawn.
Clinic staff accounts must contain accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us at support@amplitud.ai of any suspected unauthorized use.
Do not misuse the Service. That includes attempting to access another clinic's data, probing or disrupting our systems, reverse engineering the Service except where law permits, uploading unlawful content, or using the Service to violate the privacy or rights of others.
Clinics own their data. We process it to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. The Service supports clinic operations. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for professional judgment. Clinicians remain responsible for all clinical decisions.
The Service can connect to third-party services such as Google Calendar, Gmail, and WhatsApp at the clinic's choice. Those services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for them. Our handling of Google user data is described in the Privacy Policy.
The Service, including its software, design, and content, belongs to Amplitud AI Inc. or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service as intended. Feedback you send us may be used without restriction.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amplitud AI Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts paid to us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars if nothing was paid.
We may suspend or end access to the website or early access for breach of these terms. Clinic agreements govern termination of paid service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Texas will have exclusive jurisdiction, and each party consents to their jurisdiction.
We may update these terms. We will post updates on this page with a new date, and material changes will be announced to registered users. Continued use after changes take effect means acceptance.
